What should I include in my message?
A little detail means we can answer in one reply instead of three.
- A question about practice or your report
- Say which kind of practice it was (an IELTS mock, a single part, the daily task, a drill or a role-play) and roughly when.
- A question about a plan or a payment
- Include the email address you sign in with and, for a payment, the date and amount. Never send a card number, UPI PIN or password: we will never ask for them.
- Something that did not work
- Tell us the browser and device you used, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
